Kirkbean Community Council

Our parish is run by an active and engaged community council which is formed of elected members. They are the interface between residents of the parish and the higher council authorities running from Dumfries and Edinburgh. Funding is used for completing community projects and supporting on going civil society within the area - including the Kirkbean Parish Heritage Society
